Biography

Xie Zhanjun formerly worked at Beijing Badachu Plastic Surgery. He has focused on facial plastic surgery for more than 30 years and on rhinoplasty and nasal revision for more than 20 years. With more than 30 years of deep involvement in the industry, he is among the first group of rhinoplasty surgeons in China. He is skilled in various rhinoplasty procedures and has successfully completed over 10,000 nasal correction surgeries. He has successively pursued advanced studies at the Military Burn Research Institute of the PLA General Hospital, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College. During his career, he has published papers in core professional journals, including 6 national-level papers and 4 provincial-level papers as first author, contributing to the advancement of medicine. In 2014, he served as deputy head of the Eighth Rescue Group of “Operation Red Sea” and was a surgical repair physician representing China in “Operation Red Sea” during the Yemen War. He has numerous highly complex technical cases in revision and has extensive experience and a strong reputation in difficult revisions such as nasal, lip, and palate cleft repair and nasal reconstruction.
